We are so focussed on productive behaviour — getting things done, hacks and tips to be more productive — that we forget how to play.
What does it mean to have unproductive time? What do you do with your time once you remove the booze, and you need to stop pushing so hard?
Like, what do you do when the act of self-care feels like a waste of time?
