Sober Podcast 339 - Alcohol in Food? Where's the line?

German Lena sent me this: “What about (small amounts of) alcohol in every day’s life/food? how ‘carefully’ do we have to be? or is it just me who is super scared of reactivating the wolfie voice by accident?”
Those of us who are longer-term sober have some ‘rules’ for ourselves to do with cooking with booze, eating raw alcohol in tiramisu, and liquid cough syrup, which i talk about in this episode.
