The truth is that alcohol used to be a large part of our identity, so then not-drinking might feel like you’ve lost part of who you were... and then how do you learn to fill that space? And for me, i felt like two people at the same time for months (both a sober person and a drinker, somehow like the sober person wasn't the real me...).
