Lydster asked me to talk about this: "Why does alcohol so darkly affect our mood. It fascinates me how having even one tiny drink would open just a teeny bit the can of extremely angry worms that live inside. Sometimes I wonder if I need them to all come out because that can must still be deep inside me ready to be opened. It's weird. It's like it switched on my angry tap..."
